This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The kids at my school are amazing little humans and deserve the very best seating options! I want to provide them with just that.

A lot of teachers want students to sit at desks all day and try to learn, but I want the opposite!

I want students to want to learn. I’m hoping to increase their want for learning by providing many different seating options.

I would love to have stools, floor seats, and lap desks available to students when in small groups. They can’t always choose what they learn, but they will at least be able to choose where they learn and what seat to sit on! If students want to learn they will!
