This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With these seating arrangements, my brilliant, second grade mathematicians will be able to learn while being able to choose their seating accommodations. They will be able to choose from sitting on the rug to having the option to sit in a while, chair and being able to have a cushion for their chair. The math posters will help those who are visual learners to understand what we will be talking about in class. The whiteboards and the markers will help all students not only during large group but during small group lessons as well. We are creating an environment where it is a safe and comfortable learning environment for children who struggle with math.
