This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is for my incoming 5th graders. Having had First and Second grades online, crucial academic years for number sense acquisition, many fell through the cracks. Math becomes increasingly challenging the further behind a student gets. Falling behind peers leads to low self esteem and math phobia.

By helping to fund this project, you are providing math manipulatives, engaging math games to increase fluency, and other math related tools.

These are bright, sweet, bilingual, future leaders. Thanks for taking this opportunity to invest in our diverse population of scholars. They are incredibly worth the investment.
