My students need math center activities and games to review and master skills learned in class.

Do you remember what it was like when you were in kindergarten and learning was fun? I want to give my students that excitement of learning math with fun math activities. My students are eager to learn and with your help I can make learning math fun for them with exciting centers.
I have 24 students from a low income area.
These families cannot afford school supplies or to help teachers get wish list items to enhance student learning. My students have started school with enthusiasm and are eager to learn. I want to make sure they keep that excitement and joy of learning throughout their life. It all starts here, in kindergarten.
Most of my students come to kindergarten without any type of school or daycare background. I need activities and games that make the students want to engage in them. I will be using the math activities in centers to review and enhance what they have learned in class. My students need repeated practice with different manipulatives to master a skill. The items I have chosen will allow my lowest students to continue working on basic counting and number recognition while the advancing students can progress on to number line and math operation activities.
For many of my students, I am their first teacher and it is their first experience in school.
My wish for my students this year is for them to end the year feeling excited, successful and confident. These resources will give my students a strong number/math sense to prepare them for first grade and beyond.
