Making Math Fun!

Help me give my students the gift of math! My students love playing games during math centers. Students can practice their skills and challenge their peers with new activity stations, flash cards, and bingo games!

My Students

My students are kind, respectful, fun, and passionate about learning! They love to share ideas with one another and brainstorm solutions to problems. I like to create a classroom environment where my students feel like they have space to share and grow.

They like to have fun and enjoy the incorporation of science, art, movement, and joyful learning into our daily curriculum and routines.

They get so excited when learning about new ideas or making connections across the curriculum. I am so lucky to have such an amazing group of students!

My Project

I am excited to launch my new project Making Math Fun! My students love math and I love teaching it! I like to offer lots of fun activities during math centers that help build fluency, number sense, and a deeper understanding of math, while challenging learners of all abilities.

The materials requested can be used in math centers, as early finisher activities, and with students who need additional support in certain areas.

The activity stations have so many visually appealing math manipulatives that students can physically touch, move, and play with. The flash cards are great for partner work, mix-pair-share activities, quiz-quiz trade games, or for students who prefer a quiet activity on their own. I can't wait to use the fraction model boards and multiplication boards during whole group lessons. These will also make great exit tickets where I can quickly assess and identify students who need additional support in an area. Bingo games make for a great whole group game, review activity, or intervention tool. With so many amazing resources to add to my math centers and instruction, students will see just how fun math can be!
