My Project
I am an instructional coach who also does intervention. That leaves me to be creative to teach and push math that goes beyond pencil and paper. My style is hands-on, and projects based because I am another hand in helping my students see math come to life. These materials allow kids to sit in different ways, build and compose etc. So now we can explore fractions, ratios, arrays, multiplication etc. in the most comfortable and flexible environment. Funding this project will help me to go beyond a piece of paper and use technology, and tools to build their understanding and of course make it fun!
