Making Math Fun and Accessible

My Project

Raise your hand if math was your least favorite subject in school. So many people have a negative perception of school, because of math. I want to flip that and make math fun and accessible for my students.

Maybe if we had these tools when we were young we would've grown to like math.

That is my goal for my students. I love math and I love teaching math. As a second year teacher I don't have as many materials to help my students as other veteran teachers. These Math Manipulative Toolboxes will not only boost my classroom materials, but boost my students' learning and understanding. The use of hands on materials are proven to help students deepen their understanding of math and mathematical concepts. These will be great for small group instruction, partner work, and independent learning.
