Making Library News Shine: A Dry Erase Board for Engagement!
Help me give my students a dry-erase board on wheels to promote library happenings, announce new programs, and keep them informed about exciting opportunities that the library is hosting while continuing to increase library usage.
My students are curious, creative, and eager to engage with new opportunities, but they don’t always know what’s happening in the library. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring unique perspectives, making the library a vibrant hub for learning, collaboration, and exploration.
A large dry-erase board will serve as a dynamic communication tool, allowing us to showcase upcoming events, book recommendations, research tips, and literacy initiatives.
By making information easily accessible, this board will help students take full advantage of the library’s resources and programs, fostering a love for reading, lifelong learning, and community engagement. My goal is to create a more interactive and student-centered library space where everyone feels informed and inspired to participate. With this resource, I can ensure that every student has access to the opportunities that will help them grow academically and personally.
