My Pre-K students are happy, fun and eager children. My students always arrived to school with smiles on their faces, but they have not been able to go to school since the building closed in March. Being that they are young, that is hard for them to understand.
My students do their best to do the activities I recommend, but they really enjoy seeing their teacher (me) on a tablet or computer.
They do enjoy using technology to learn. I am looking for new ways to incorporate technology, and myself, into lessons!
My Project
We are all experiencing teaching and learning in a way we never expected. As we navigate remote/distance learning, teachers are able to determine which materials would help to enhance their lessons and motivate students.
This projector would allow me to create interactive lessons and activities to share with my students.
My students will find this very motivating, engaging, and it will help to hold their attention. Video clips, photos, and slideshows can be used to supplement the teaching of concepts presented in video lessons. By using a projector, I can literally be in the presentation.
