Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

An easel is the perfect classroom tool to enhance learning during my reading, math, science and social studies block.

This easel will allow students to stay in close proximity and keep them engaged during lessons.

We will use the easel throughout our entire day! We can create and display anchor charts on the easel.

The easel can be used for independent center work as well. Students are going to benefit greatly in many ways from the addition of an easel to our classroom. The classroom easel is the center for learning in the world of elementary education.

An easel is used to store valuable resources used for whole-group instruction, such as dry-erase markers, big books, and magnetic manipulatives. The easel will be used as a stand for big books, a place to display anchor charts, a whiteboard for teacher-led instruction, as well as student participation.
