My Project
My gifted students will love learning about classic fairy tales and using those stories in multiple STEM challenges. The books, some of which are unique versions of classic tales, will inspire challenges that encourage students to think creatively and to grow their problem-solving skills.
How can Rapunzel escape her tower?
The little pigs need a wolf-proof home! Design a boat to take the gingerbread man across the river. These are just a few of several hands-on engineering problems that are sure to engage students in critical thinking and collaboration.
The books and STEM kits we will use are perfect for young students. The accessibility of appealing stories and clear, easy-to-understand STEM challenge directions will guide and encourage my students as they work together towards success.
