My Students

My students come from one of the lowest income areas in our state. I have been told this year already by a student, "I love books! We don't have money for those." Despite their inability to acquire all of the necessary skills to begin school, they come with a love for learning.

Imagine all of the places these students will be able to go with their increased knowledge.

My Project

My students need clip boards in order to pick any spot to work around the room. Students enjoy doing their work more when they get to choose where they do it. Using clip boards they will be have a solid surface in which to record their writing and math work.

By donating to this project you will help students enjoy learning by having more choice in the activities they do.

Student will use stamps in our literacy centers as a fun and interactive way to learn their spelling and sight words. Students will also use the magic boards to practice forming their letters correctly in our literacy centers. Students will become more fluent with addition and subtraction using these math bingo games during our math free choice time. .
