Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students would greatly benefit from enhanced social-emotional resources. Several of them encounter challenges in regulating their emotions, and I believe that these resources would be invaluable in supporting their needs. Furthermore, my students are experiencing difficulties with reading and writing. The task cards and additional supports would assist them effectively, reducing the need for excessive paperwork. Some of my students reverse their letters, so these new resources would be great. Additionally, the lighting will be utilized to establish a calming environment, which is particularly beneficial for the students who require such an atmosphere.
