This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach at a school located in the heart of San Diego with 100% of our student population receiving free lunch. My students are some of the most amazing students that you will ever meet. They are from all over the world. Many came to this country to escape hardships in their countries. My students want to learn so badly and I will stop at nothing to provide them with the best education that I possibly can.

Every donation you make to our class helps make it possible for a child to access learning in a way that they may not have gotten otherwise.

My Project

The writing tablet listed in this project will help me be able to teach my lessons online. Starting soon, all learning will be online only, which is uncharted territory for both students and teachers.

This tablet will allow me to work alongside my students as if we were in the classroom.

It will help me provide some sort of normalcy for my students in this time of uncertainty.

Being able to use this tablet will also make my lessons much more clear. Trying to use a mouse to write is awfully hard and often times, extremely hard to read.
