My Project
I am so excited to be moving to a new school this year—a school that hasn't had an art teacher in years. That means I have a unique opportunity: to build an art room from the ground up and bring the joy of creativity back into these students’ lives!
Art class is about so much more than drawing and painting—it's a place where students learn to express themselves, take creative risks, and grow through mistakes.
I love teaching skills like resilience, problem-solving, and confidence—all while encouraging students to get a little messy and have a lot of fun.
Right now, I’m starting from scratch—with very few art supplies. With your help, I can create a vibrant, welcoming space filled with paint, watercolors, markers, pastels, scissors, colored pencils, and other quality tools and materials that inspire imagination and spark joy. Your support will directly impact students who haven’t had consistent access to art education, and together we can make this art room a place where every student feels empowered to create.
