My Project
I have a variety of students who come into my classroom, gym, and weight room to learn how to exercise and get fit. In addition, they are regaining their socialization skills and confidence.
Resistance bands, Bosu balls and various training equipment will allow my students to effectively train and improve their fitness.
Covid 19 has impacted my students ability to train and get fit as well as build confidence in themselves. Having access to various equipment will allow my students to get excited about training and having fun at the same time.
