Making Beautiful Music Together

Help me give my students reeds so they can play their instruments. Most of them can't afford this necessary equipment for their instruments.

My Project

My students are awesome kids who happen to live in a low economic community. Over half of our kids live below the poverty level. We beg and borrow instruments so they can participate in band. However, those children who play clarinet or saxophone have to have reeds. These vital parts of their instruments wear out over time or get accidentally broken. Broken ones make no sounds or loud squeaks.

Our kids can't afford to buy new reeds.

Their parents can't afford a trip to the grocery store let alone a $30.00 box of reeds.

Please help me help these kids find their love of performing music. The concert is coming up in a couple of weeks. Let's make sure they have the reeds that they need to be successful. If you help us provide these necessary items, these students can contribute to the concerts and music festivals. They don't have to be stigmatized or embarrassed because they have to sit in class and not play because Mom had to pay the power bill instead of buying new reeds.
