My Project

These materials will provide them with practical access and some reading comprehension. In gaining this knowledge, my students will be better equipped to read independently. My students have exceptional needs with reading being one of the academic areas that is heavily challenging. The students require extra support in learning how to write sentences. Our students need access to a variety of tools to learn in their diverse learning styles. We would love to have poster board paper for putting projects on display and kinetic sand to help calm us when we are upset. Our class functions as a small one-room schoolhouse for students with cognitive and emotional disabilities. We are learning new things daily and having fun in the process.
