Making a Difference One Child at a Time

My students need laptops for special education enhancement in our self contained classroom.

My Students

I have students with varying exceptionalities including cerebral palsy.

My students are unique, some come from a difficult background, but all want to learn and be successful.

My students range from autistic, Down syndrome and different exceptionalities. They are hard working and helpful. They try their best and aim to please. I love my students, and I interact with them on a daily basis. They are all capable of learning and succeeding even in a self contained classroom.

My Project

Having laptops will enhance my self contained special education students by giving them the opportunity to use the internet for research in science instruction and history. They will have the materials readily available and it will create a conducive learning environment for my students. Half my students are severely disabled and the laptops will allow me to personalize instruction and bring more technology in the classroom. This is very benificial to my students and it will mean a lot for me and my students immensely. The laptops will be a wonderful asset to my special education students.
