Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Our aim is to cultivate entrepreneurial spirit within our students, teaching them the mantra: "If they can see it, they can dream it, and they can make it." Students will have the opportunity to apply their logos to all of their apparel. Each student will craft a business plan and execute it. Moreover, they will repurpose used garments into something new.

By the conclusion of the summer, each student will have designed a garment and embroidered their logo onto their uniforms, ultimately saving their families money.

Additionally, this initiative will empower them to give back to the community by inspiring and assisting others to do the same.

Ms. Marshall will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by August 23.
