My Project

My students love to perform! We just finished our Winter Musical, and they were asking who would be performing next, even after an accident occurred at the end of our dress rehearsal. They didn’t let it scare them! The accident was that one of our district's borrowed risers collapsed with students on it. I’m so thankful that none of my students were seriously injured. I don’t want us to have to borrow risers anymore.

These risers have been put up/taken down over and over again for who knows how many years, mostly among our elementary schools.

As a music educator, I want my students to feel comfortable and safe while performing on stage. Having our own flipFORM risers at our school would accomplish this. They are safer and more appropriate for K-5 performances. My students would be so proud to stand on risers that belong to “them”!
