Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These materials would support our growing P.E program. Being a female physical education teacher has motivated me to want to do more than just be the teacher. I want to be a resource for my students and advocate for them to be able to have the best educational experience. Some students may struggle to get hygiene products, or even snacks, so providing resources like essential toiletries and snacks can help provide that additional support. My students are extremely important and I am beyond proud and grateful to have the opportunity to be their teacher and being able to advocate for them and provide for them would make all the difference in their lives and in mine!
