This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The bins that I am requesting will bring more joy to our classroom library. Students rely heavily on technology and do not know what it feels like to lose themselves in a good book. Having a structured and organized space that is colorful and inviting allows students to easily access the books they want to read. This will also provide them with an opportunity to explore other genres that might pique their interest. There will be more conversations about books and the next generation of students will find a love of reading books again.
