My Project

By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. Being able to provide places to pratice our social and emotional learning helps our students build strong foundations. Supporting a project to create a cozy calm down space helps students who struggle with emotional regulation to feel safe, understood, and empowered. These spaces offer a quiet, comforting environment where students can take a break, reset, and use strategies to manage big feelings, reducing disruptions and promoting learning for everyone. It's an investment in mental wellness, inclusion, and building lifelong coping skills. We are looking to add the following items to create our cozy corner: Fiber Optic Curtain Light Kit, Saucer Chairs, Corner LED Lamp, stress balls, Fidget Set and Color Changing Putty.
