Make Our Drum Set Complete

Help me give my students cymbal stands and a bass drum pedal to complete our drum set!

My Students

My students are amazing, smart, excited, and eager to learn more about band. They are very happy to see some change happening within our music program and they are beyond excited about potentially using our new drum set that I just picked up to enhance our music program. My students are full of laughter and look for the good in just about everything. They always make me laugh and I want to provide them with the best musical experience they can have!

My Project

I recently picked up a drum set and brought it to school. A drum set is foundational in all music! All the concerts my students attend have a drummer playing a set, they hear drum sets being played on the radio when they listen to their favorite songs. It's time for my students to experience this for themselves!

These cymbal stands and bass drum pedal will allow my students to begin learning how to play the drum set!

As students walked into our music room, the smiles on all their faces was priceless as they saw this partial drum set sitting in the corner of the room!

The unfortunate thing is that we do not have a complete set for the students to learn on. A drum set not a "set" without cymbals and in order to suspend our cymbals, we need stands! Our bass drum can't be played without a beater, so this is why we need a pedal!

These materials will help build my music program up from 9! Students are getting amped up about playing this drum set and I wish so much that I could make it complete to give them what they want!
