Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our students are diverse 6th, 7th and 8th graders, from Queens, NY that create wonderful art in theater, music, and dance. They spend hours of their own time, during lunch, free periods and after school working to master a craft so that they can proudly share their work with the community.

In each of their projects, whether it's the instrumental music concerts, fall or spring theatrical productions, or dance routines, our students take nearly full responsibility for each aspect of the production.

My Project

The students at HPCMS are exceptionally talented and hardworking and deserve to be seen and heard on stage with the same professionalism that they bring to their performances.

Help us strengthen our performers and give our student technicians the tools to succeed by contributing to our HPCMS followspot and microphone fundraiser.

These items will be used during the HPCMS music concerts, fall and spring theatrical productions and dance shows. We will make sure to light up the faces of our performers and amplify their voices so that every seat is the best seat in the house. And make sure to join us on May 17th and 18th for our performances of Peter Pan Jr.!
