My students are excited about learning and ready to become school leaders in the third grade. They are also a little intimidated by all of the new responsibilities that come with rising into third grade, and I want to support them through this!
My Project
Third grade is already a big jump, I want to ensure that all of my students have a positive and smooth transition. Help me and my students explore into the exciting and sometimes intimidating world of third-grade math!
From fractions to elapsed time, math for my third-graders will be an engaging and supportive time using manipulatives for these challenging areas.
Some requested resources include Unifix Cubes, Elapsed Time Write & Wipe Boards, Geoboards, and a Fractions Hands-On Student Pack. Paper materials will be organized and stored in the Tabletop Paper Center.
I also have diverse learners in my classroom, so they thrive when using new and different tools and manipulatives. In my classroom, I want to make sure all of my students have equal opportunities to learn rigorous content through my support. I will be able to accommodate to all of my students' needs with these math supplies.
