My Students
I am the math content leader for a small, rural school district in Western New York. The students here come to school everyday with a smile on their face, ready to learn and enjoy the day's lessons.
The students come from many different backgrounds but all have something in common - they love hands-on real-world learning.
The students love inquiry-based lessons that allow them to be creative problem-solvers. The students are growing up in a world in which they will need such skills. As a teacher I look to provide as many of these opportunities as possible to my students.
My Project
I work with small groups of students who are struggling in their current grade level's math class. These games will help the students practice their math skills as well as fill in gaps they may have in a fun and engaging way.
Students learn best through hands-on, engaging activities that allow them to interact with their peers.
These math games will help move my students forward in their math learning and help them to gain confidence.
Please consider donating to this project. Your donation will help my students find success in a fun and engaging way in their math class!
