My Project
All during the school year we display a Math program on a 48 x 36 inch magnetic board in our classroom. Each day we do a valuable review to increase both learning and retention for long-term mastery.
This concept driven spiral review of Math is designed to help every student succeed.
I flip the double-sided whiteboards during instruction to complete the distributed practice, broken up into a number of short activities. My 2nd Graders learn Math more effectively when they study in several sessions spread out over a long period of time. It works like "Magic!"
While custodial work was being done in my classroom over the summer, one of the wheels on our rolling easel broke off and could not be replaced. We can no longer move the portable white boards around the classroom to make magic with Mountain Math on our magnetic board. Please help me replace this ruined rolling easel that won't work without wheels.
