Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach an amazing group of middle schoolers who are full of energy, curiosity, and creativity. They come to class ready to learn, but with so much of our instruction happening through digital platforms, it can be hard for them to stay focused — especially when they don’t have working headphones.
Right now, too many of my students are trying to complete audio-based lessons without the tools they need.
These headphones will help them hear clearly, concentrate fully, and participate confidently in everything from language learning to independent reading and interactive lessons. In addition to their lessons improving, you can help facilitate faster responses to students with the purchase of a wireless trackpad keyboard to help with redirection and guidance for students from the teacher's computer! With your help, we can make learning loud again — in the best way possible.
