This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
I am one lucky individual to have such a wonderful job as a teacher. I teach at a small Title I school where the demographic at our school includes students from a diverse set of backgrounds, cultures, and socioeconomic statuses, and home lives.

My Project
These various educational materials will help make a difference in my students' learning by giving them different ways to further their education in a fun and interactiveway!
My students need more hands-on materials to help them practice new skills they are learning, as well as skills they have previously learned.
The decoding flash cards, word family flash cards, vowel team flash cards, cvc word builders activity, and the phonics game will help my students review skills they learned already in a fun way! All of the math materials like linking cubes, rulers, geometric shapes, magnetic fractions, color counters, time clock, multiplication flash cards, along with the many other math items listed will help give various learning opportunities to my students and allow them to explore with a purpose, as well as develop a deeper understanding of the concept they are being taught. Not only will these manipulatives help students with their education, but they will also increase student engagement and interest!
