Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

iPads now have so many great apps that help project lesson slides and are also interactive for the students. They also help us teachers stay mobile while still teaching and not stay chained to our desks.

If I have an iPad while teaching, I can move around in the classroom and can help students stay on task as well as help anyone who might be struggling.

iPads have a great app called Notability that let me project my lessons, write on the slides, highlight passages to help students with annotations, insert pictures of student work, and much more. This will help keep my lessons interactive and more interesting. Students participate more, are able to write on the iPad, and can get the help they need when I am more mobile. Without an Apple TV, having an iPad is useless, so both items are necessary in order to make that happen.
