Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach reading and writing to about 60 3rd graders in Baltimore City! My students love learning and reading, especially books that feature characters that look like them. I am looking to make learning more engaging by incorporating games and technology into daily activities to build student success and love of reading!

With standardized test season approaching, these materials will also help prepare students to show all they know and focus during those intense tests.
