My Project

It is proven when students are engaged they do their best learning. With COVID-19 disrupting education, our students fell a little behind in academic and emotional growth. Now more than ever we need to close the gap in education and in order to do that our students have to be engaged and ready to learn. Providing different modalities of learning is a great strategy for teaching and engaging students. These lesson plans, literacy games, math games, and flexible seating will provide a hands-on experience for my students. In particular, this modality of learning will provide incredible benefits for my students, such as the opportunity for social-emotional learning, increased student participation and motivation, and helping students better understand new concepts or ideas.
