My Project
When my 5th graders left the normal classroom because of COVID-19, they were 2nd graders. They are learning all over again to connect with their peers, work together, and see that learning can happen in many ways. These materials will allow my students to share what they have learned in creative, colorful ways instead of a traditional paper/pencil tests. Giving student the opportunity to print in color, create posters, and draw in bright colors empowers them to think outside the box. As teachers we ask ourselves, "How will I know that my students have learned?" I would love the opportunity to have my students show me, utilizing these materials!
