This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The purchase of this instrument would help in our project to make a way for our underprivileged students to be equipped with the essential tools needed to feel fully a part of the group and excel in our new school band. This would push us further into realizing our goal of full inclusion in band. No more switching, or waiting their turn for a chance to join in on a recital. Every band student would have an instrument that they can play in class, take home for practice and participate in all performances.
