My Students

My students are currently sheltering in place in less than ideal learning conditions. They do not have access to learning supplies or stimulating learning opportunities.

When your family is living in a state of acute stress and prolonged trauma, high-quality learning experiences are hard to come by.

As their teacher, I am doing my best to provide my scholars access to learning supplies, engaging experiences, and emotional support to ensure that they continue learning and growing during this uncertain time.

My Project

My scholars are excited to connect during the school closures. Regardless of the external barriers that they face, they are eager to jump online and see me. We hold two-hour daily interactive video chat lessons, I post learning assignments on our Google Classroom Monday-Friday, and we chat about feedback regularly. They are eager to learn and desperate to connect. I want to encourage their energy and maintain it over time!

Getting the right resources to reach and excite them will get harder and harder as time at home goes on.

I do my best to create impactful,

exciting lessons for them, but a little help would be really nice!

I want to do everything I can to ensure my scholars continue to learn and grow for the rest of the year. TpT has amazing resources that would engage my scholars and diversify my lesson planning!
