Help me give my students the IT Essentials/A+ workbench magnifying/LED help they need to get the job done.
Their computer/electronics repair projects tend to require magnified vision and ample light in tight spaces.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
We are establishing a comprehensive computer science program at our school and have recently become a Cisco Networking Academy with the goal of providing students with opportunities to earn industry IT certifications and ultimately successful careers with employers in the region and beyond.
Our program will be especially geared toward placing our students in regional IT positions that are usually reserved for distant applicants or foreign visa workers based on a lack of area qualified applicants.
Our students should be earning those jobs!
My Project
These magnifier/LED reticulating arm devices will enable my students to utilize the full potential of our six workbenches for computer and electronics diagnosis and repair.
The device components tend to be frustratingly small and difficult to reach in very tight spaces; I'm sure you all have experienced this in one form or another!
These units will maximize student effectiveness on the workbenches and minimize frustration levels due to limitations in eyesight and lighting. This fact will especially hold true with our commercial soldering stations. Today RAM and even SSDs tend to be soldered on to the boards.
