My Project

I have a really wonderful group of kindergarten students that love using their hands to explore while learning. We have been working hard on consonant-vowel- consonant words as well as matching numbers and dots in math. The magnetic tiles in this project will help my students to not only practice these skills but to also have a little fun creating while learning.

I spend a lot of time and money creating hands-on materials for students to use individually or in pairs.

I laminate everything to make sure that it lasts for years to come. The laminating pouches in this project will help me continue to protect these materials for many more hours of learning, fun, and exploration.

My district requires students to be on the computer every single day. The headphones we presently use are very flimsy and are tricky for even the grownups to plug in without any trouble. The new headphones requested would replace these other headphones as they break so that I don’t have to continue to patch them up.

My students and I would very much appreciate the materials requested for this project. While the materials don’t all “go together,” they will help our classroom to keep running smoothly and efficiently in many different ways.
