My Project
STEM science and building activities allow students to engage in learning tasks without even realizing that they are learning a lesson. These jumbo magnetic building tiles provide hands-on building experiences to allow the students to use all of their senses to help make the learning more concrete and memorable. With these STEM items, the students can engage in activities to build bridges, and buildings, and to build structures of whatever they can imagine. My students can experiment with ways to build different, solid structures and how to make things happen through cause and effect. Activities that can help my children learn cognitive readiness skills in a fun, engaging ways are not only assets to my room but they are also essential. These jumbo magnetic tile activity sets engage students of all ages.
STEM-building activity sets like these will intrigue my three-, four-, and five-year-old students who are on the Autism Spectrum.
As soon as I pull these out and call them over to me they will light up and happily want to come and play.
My students are noticeably more engaged in their work and less disruptive of their peers when they are engaged in an activity that is hands-on, colorful, and fun. These Jumbo Magnetic Tile building sets are just what is needed to engage my unique students.
