This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students love working in small groups during math and language arts every day. Using magic boards would add to the excitement of learning and continue to keep them engaged!

Our school is a charter school located in New Jersey.

The school serves 500 students from K-4th grade. Many of our students are high risk students who come from low-income families. Students at our charter school, often come from homes that are in the greatest need of assistance.

My Project

My students love working in small groups during math and language arts instruction. But can become bored with the daily routine station work. These magic boards will not only engage each and every student in the learning but also provide students with an opportunity to work on spelling, phonics, and math in a new an exciting way!

My current and future students will be amazed by the "magical" learning that will occur during the use of the magic boards and problem solving materials.

The magic boards are extremely versatile and will be used daily for cross-curricular instruction!
