Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are super kind, caring, and eager learners. Our class is a bilingual class, so they are learning in both English and Spanish, with the ultimate goal of becoming biliterate. This is extremely challenging, but my students are determined to succeed and meet every challenge.
Our Panthers soccer team is ready to give back to our community of Sunset Park and lay it all on the field, which is why we are asking for your support to get new jerseys, shin guards, and socks.
With extra effort comes extra wear and tear, which means we constantly need to change our jerseys, shin guards, and socks. In this project I am hoping to get these comfortable jerseys, socks and shin guards in various sizes. The athletes will be extremely thankful to be able to put on new jerseys and leave it everything on the field!
