My Project

As a district, we are adopting a phonics and reading curriculum that requires whiteboards and whiteboard markers. This project would support all of our students in 4th grade. The goal of this project extends beyond simply teaching phonics. We aim to cultivate a love for language and literacy in our students, empowering them with essential skills that will serve as the foundation for their academic journey. By providing a dynamic and interactive learning environment with these resources, I hope to foster their creativity, critical thinking, and confidence in their abilities.

What makes my students truly special is their resilience and eagerness to learn despite facing various challenges.

Many come from diverse backgrounds and may have different learning styles or abilities, but they all share a common curiosity and determination to succeed. It's incredibly rewarding to witness their growth and progress as they master phonics skills and become more confident readers and communicators. With the right resources and support, I believe they can achieve great things and reach their full potential.
