My Students

I have the most AMAZING group of second graders in the WORLD! They are so hard-working, and we have worked really hard this year to build a community of friends who care for each other.

We would love to have a comfy rug so that we have a great place to share read-alouds, Author's chair, and math time!

Although we are from many different backgrounds, we all come together as a team and get things done!!! We love to learn in new and exciting ways!

My students are learning and showing responsibility every day! I can't wait to see them learn and grow!

My Project

Shared learning time is essential for the emotional and academic success of all students. The time spent communicating and building relationships with their peers helps the kids to learn skills that are very important for their future success.

A classroom carpet is an amazing place for teamwork and team building to take place.

In our classroom, I would bring students together for Shared Reading, Author's Chair, math cooperative learning, and MANY other times! This would allow us all to have our own space, but still be close enough to each other to grown our communication skills to the MAX! Thank you!
