My Project

These supplies will encourage students to explore new techniques in the fiber arts. When you think of art, most people think of painting, drawing, or sculpting. A lot of other very exciting forms of art are often forgotten. I strive to bring as many materials to my students hands as I can. This often leads to more engagement in the classroom.

My goal for this project is that students will try new things that could potentially spark a new interest in their life.

Just because a student struggles with an area of art does not mean that they will struggle with every area of art. These macrame materials will provide another outlet for my students.

My students are extremely special and talented. They spend an immense amount of time working with any art material they can get. They are encouraging towards one another and always strive to get better. They are the reason why I love what I do.
