This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Please help support my 3rd grade Special Ed students by providing us with two MacBook Air Laptops. These MacBooks will be use by my students to help improve their writing skills, reading skills, and math skills. They will be completing Reading and Math interventions along with writing essays.
These MacBooks will be setup with text-to-speech and a dictation program to support my students learning.
My students will use these in the classroom completing classwork on a daily basis. We will also use them for test prep and testing, since MacBooks are easier for my students to navigate especially since all of our state testing in online. We had MacBooks but they are out of date and students can no longer access them. The only other laptops our school provides are Chrome Books and my students have been struggling using them. Please help provide my students with these MacBook Air laptops to improve and support their learning.
