This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Having the right technology accessible at my fingertips as an educator will help me cultivate a learning environment where my students are empowered to explore the latest resources, programs, and lessons and be successful in doing so.

With a MacBook Pro, I plan to have access to the latest teaching professional learning and programs to incorporate into my teaching so that students are engaged and able to achieve in accessing 21st-century skills and curriculum that will help them be College and Career-Ready.

I will be able to access courses, videos, programs, and resources such as Adobe Express and Canva to create engaging lessons and activities to keep my students motivated to learn. I also can keep track of students' data, and create lessons and documents. This laptop has a lot of storage capacity, and speed that will help with multitasking and accessing different programs quickly, something my current device lacks. This will help my lessons, presentations, and videos play smoothly without the interruptions that are often due to having slow technology.
