Macbook for Remote Learning

Help me give my students Macbooks so they can complete their assignments during remote learning.

My Students

My students are fifth graders from a struggling area in Appalachia in WV. They come together in our middle school from two elementary schools, consisting of four small country towns. My students love to learn in various ways. This year is quite different for all of us. We have had to face many struggles. All students learn differently. When students don’t have the proper tools, learning can be very difficult.

My Project

My students have gone through three models of learning so far this year. We started out with half of them coming in a hybrid model, we moved to full in person, and now we are all working remotely.

My students need Macbooks to complete their assignments both at home and within the classroom setting.

It can be very difficult to juggle between working at home, working at school, and working in a blended model.

Please help my students organize their assignments effectively while working on them online. This will allow for a smoother transition back into the classroom as well as for a greater learning experience overall.
