Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Weekly our students will meet up during lunch to build community, plan student-friendly activities and learn leadership skills. In an effort to get students to voice their opinions and concerns, LunchBunch Meet Ups are designed to generate lunch time dialogue, visual and performing arts expression, buddy support and cultural affirmations.

These student led lunch gatherings will give students space to be heard while enjoying a snack on the go!

During each session, students can munch, chat, fraternize, and then be on their way to their next class in the middle of their school day.
