My Project
Help us foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment by providing new rewards for our students' behavior incentive system. Together, we can inspire great habits and celebrate the Lunar New Year with a fresh start!
My classroom is filled with bright, creative, and enthusiastic students.
They thrive on positive reinforcement and enjoy working toward shared goals.
I want to empower my students by rewarding their hard work, positive behavior, and engagement through our Classroom Incentive Ticket System (CIT3). These incentives will encourage them to stay on task, support one another, and create a more inclusive and productive learning environment.
The Lunar New Year symbolizes new beginnings, and this is the perfect opportunity to refresh our reward system with exciting new items! Students earn tickets for demonstrating positive behavior, staying on task, and fostering teamwork. They can exchange their tickets for small rewards such as stationery, snacks, fidget toys, and other fun items that motivate them to keep up the great work.
These rewards are not just about recognition; they're about teaching responsibility, accountability, and the value of hard work. Having tangible incentives helps students see the impact of their efforts, boosting their confidence and creating a classroom where everyone feels included and valued.
This revamped reward system will help nurture a culture of positivity and inclusivity. When all students are on task and working toward shared goals, the classroom becomes a place where everyone can thrive.
